ABQIncDev is a local community for people who want to build, renovate, invest in, and improve the places they call home.
We believe neighborhood development shouldn't be limited to large developers or professional investors. Small projects like a duplex, ADU, storefront, renovation, or new home can make a big difference when local people have the knowledge and support to make them happen.
That's what we're here for.
We bring together aspiring and experienced small-scale developers to learn, connect, and build.
We provide practical education, mentorship, networking, and a place to share ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and learn from people who are already doing the work. We also work with local partners and government to identify and address the barriers that make small projects harder than they need to be.
You don't have to be a developer to join us. You just need an interest in building something.
